By using Quorder It you agree to these terms. The service connects guests with restaurants; each order creates a contract directly between you and the venue. Quorder It is the intermediary.
Eligibility
You must be 16 or older, or have parental consent, and provide truthful information.
Accounts
Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Payments
Bank transfer payments are between you and the venue. If a payment does not reach the venue the order may be cancelled. Stripe-powered card payments (when enabled) are processed by Stripe.
Ratings
Ratings must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but provide the service “as is” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
