Privacy policy

Quorder It (“we”) is a two-sided platform for restaurants and guests. This page explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have under GDPR.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name (optional), language preference, authentication tokens.
• Usage data: orders you place, restaurants you visit, ratings you leave, reservations you make.
• Behavioral signals: we record the day-of-week and hour of each order (not geolocation) to surface discounts for habits you choose to repeat.
• Cookies: essential session cookies and your consent choice (quorderit.cookie-consent).

Why we process it

• To fulfill orders, reservations, and payments (contractual necessity).
• To operate realtime kitchen and status screens.
• To provide personalized discount offers (only if we have a lawful basis — you can delete your account at any time).

Sharing

Order details are shared with the restaurant you ordered from. Hosting and auth is provided by Supabase (EU region) and Vercel. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure: delete your account from Account.
• Data portability: email privacy@quorderit.com.
• Complaint to your national supervisory authority.

Retention

Order records are retained for 10 years for tax/accounting purposes but are unlinked from your profile on deletion. Ratings, reservations, visits, and memberships are deleted with your account.
